Orchestrated and directed operations for 112 personnel comprising four functional areas. Leveraged resources to drive strategic outload operations supporting joint mission capabilities; prioritized daily activities maximizing personnel productivity and meet organization objectives. Developed, formulated, enforced, and resolved all organization issues and policies with higher headquarter organizations. Directed, prioritized, and assessed daily activities and operations in collaboration with senior management, presenting weekly reports to senior executives.
