Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
Motivated and oversaw workflow of a 21-member team; implementing efficient and useful staff resource management strategies in a tactical and strategic setting for a 248 personnel organization. Reviewed and safeguarded sensitive information critical to strategic planning in addition to coordinating readiness, training, and safety programs. Implemented plans to optimize training to support organizational goals and increase readiness. Actively collaborated with senior management to assess daily activities to steer the organization’s self-inspection, quality control, and security programs presenting weekly status reports to senior executives generating results driven organizational goals.
