Daily Duties at Sunrise Housing/Trammel Crow Residential:
District Manager: Responsible for three lease-up, bond communities (960 units) of the former Sunrise Housing, Ltd/Concord Communities. Responsible for working with new owners to coordinate completion of construction with maximum leases. Supervised 12 leasing personnel whose focus was to lease-up the properties as quickly as possible. Created consistency in policy and procedures with training throughout the portfolio. Asset Manager:Responsible for all assets, maintenance and leasing for six apartment communities totaling 1,764 units in Houston and valued at approximately $105 million. Oversaw 22 Trammell Crow Residential Services property management personnel who leased and operated the six Sunrise Housing, Ltd/Concord Community apartments. Supervised 15 maintenance personnel who maintained the six Concord Community apartment communities with maintenance requests, make-readies, and technical support. Coordinated the design and information for the Concord Communities website. Through partnerships with TCRS, developed yearly operating budgets. Monitored compliance with the operating budgets for all properties. Assisted owner in the development and design of new properties; oversaw new property start-ups. Represented Sunrise Housing and Concord Communities to clients, partners, lenders, professional associations and neighborhood associations. Created and implemented the Concord Community Policy and Procedure Manual, creating consistency at all leasing operations.
