Daily Duties at Belmont Village:
Responsible for the design, development, management and facilitation of the leadership teams and new hire training for employees in five states, operating over 900 units of senior assisted living facilities. Re-designed and developed a complete “Trunk of Training” for each site that included training guides, videos, computer-based training and tests that were successfully completed before each new employee was certified to work independently. Coordinated the migration of computer-based training via Design-a-Course software to a graphic, web-based training program.
