Daily Duties at Tennessee Valley Authority:
Manage QA programs for steam turbine, generator, and valve maintenance activities Manage a team of Subject Matter Experts responsible for plant programs and components: ASME Section XI (Pump and Valve, Repair/Replacement, In-Service Inspections); 10 CFR 50, Appendix J- Primary Containment Leakage Testing; Maintenance Rule; Heat Exchangers, Motors, Circuit Breakers, and Air Operated Valves. Also, responsible for providing technical input to programs: Extended Power Uprate; Plant Life Extension; and Self Assessment Preparation for NUPIC, NRC, and INPO audits. As Quality Assurance Manager, led a group of experienced managers responsible for oversight of Chemistry/ Environmental, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations Assessors. This position also included direct interface with the Site Vice-President and Directs.
