Interacted with outside agencies including senior governmental agencies managers and employers outside the military base seeking American employees. Formulated communication plans and prepared communication annexes while supervising the collection, evaluation, and display of Human Resource information within the organization; developed procedures to increase the general flow of information and overcome bottlenecks in the administrative process by managing information flow, maintaining electronic filing and task databases, travel and transportation, and training records within the organization. Communicated sensitive and privacy requirements to leadership, management and staff, present recommendations for recruiting and placement related problems. Demonstrated excellent personal initiative in establishing internal procedures to secure adequate controls of deadlines, progress reports and directives. Developed, and ensured compliance with security plans, policies, and standards; collected, distributed and consolidated information for reports. Maintained, manipulate and processed transactions in a variety of web-based systems and applications including messaging services. Initiated actions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with directives for space use, physical security, services and records management, resulting in reliable communications support.
