Daily Duties at Code Gear:

Drove efforts to rebuild heritage products and bring go-to-market strategy and sales model in synch with current market. Reported directly to US Sales VP and Worldwide Sales VP. Supervised and mentored 12-member Technical Sales staff and 45 sales representatives in EMEA regions. Partnered with Marketing, R&D, and Sales to align product capabilities with future needs. Led sales analysis, product market analysis, and competitive analysis to rebuild the product lines. Served as key member of Strategic Committee that defined current and future product directions and marketplace presence. Spoke at industry conferences, wrote blogs, and facilitated webinars.
