Formerly Pieces Boutique, Kevyn Michael Boutique was birthed in an effort to rebrand and restructure the previous business model. After working tirelessly for a year I was offered a chance to co-own this fashion boutique in the prime location of center city Philadelphia. My job duties included re-writing the business plan, managing vendors and inventory, budgeting, rebranding, marketing, recording transactions into a general ledger, and hiring employees.
