Daily Duties at Master Security:
Direct corporate planning, human resources, office management, and contract administration Prepare company bids and proposals for government and commercial contracts; change order proposals, wage escalations Manage all government contracts, including contract start-up, administration/coordination with Contracting Officers and COTRs Utilized the Federal Acquisition Regulation Manual (FAR) on a daily basis Broad experience with government contract administration, to include T&M, ID/IQ, FFP and GSA schedule contracts Provides business advice and guidance to others on contracting work and prepare correspondence Manage all Site Supervisors, Program Managers and Contract Managers in day to day operations Negotiate and administer all collective bargaining agreements Develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures; create policy handbooks Responsible for administration of benefit programs and employee relations Provide cross-functional service in accounts payable/receivable and compiling payroll Maintain privacy in handling company and customer confidential and sensitive information Facilities Security Officer (Defense Security Service) Compliance officer for socioeconomic plans, security clearances
