Performed client market research and analysis. Coordinated and implemented strategic planning sessions with clients and prepared presentations for bids in coordination with the Principle. Prepared and presented competitive bids with Principal to client organizations’ boards. Used direct mail and calling campaigns to meet $8 million capital campaign goal in May 2013. Hired and trained new employees.
