Effectively coordinated recruitment activities including applications assessment, counseling, telephone and face-to-face interviews, as well as on and off campus recruitment activities. t Served as brand ambassador. Represented the College at various recruitment programs, on and off campus. Advised and counseled potential students and their families on student success, admission requirements, policies and procedures, transfer of credit, financial aid, and other related issues. t Prepared detailed assessments and annual reports on recruitment activities and participated in the development of strategic plans for recruitment and yield. t Conducted one-on-one admissions meetings with prospective students and helping students assess their academic goals. t Responsible for accurate record keeping, following up on leads and coordinating school appearances. Remained current on course prerequisites Ensured classes were not overbooked. t Enthusiastically worked with students to develop a personalized plan for success. t Provided effective communication with potential and/or current students via telephone, email, and/or in person. Utilized critical thinking and problem solving skills to address and resolve student issues to ensure a positive student experience. t Expertly identified potential barriers within the student enrollment process and initiated steps resulting in resolution.
