Charged with furnishing prospective students with school and program information to attract enrollment. Served in advisory and consultative sales roles by providing direction and clearly communicating university benefits. Key participant in the admissions process. t Developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth and meet or exceed profitability targets. Verified that operations were conducted in compliance with company and governmental regulatory requirements. t Participated in the promotion of the University with activities such as advertising, and marketing. Forged relationships with key stakeholders. t Expertly conducted assessments, and interviews to understand and assist potential students to overcome past challenges affecting educational or vocational situations. t Clearly explained objectives and procedures to interviewees and assisted in the interpretation of survey questions to improve comprehension. t In a Human Resources capacity, adeptly hired, trained and mentored new employees to ensure operational excellence. t Maintained accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations. t Counseled students regarding educational matters, such as course and program selection, class scheduling and registration, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning. t Conducted needs assessment for assistance such as rehabilitation, financial aid, or additional vocational training, and referred clients to appropriate services. t Built and fostered relationships with local school staff and teachers in order to enhance student outreach. t Consistently met monthly enrollment goals.
