The 100% online university has faculty that are national leaders in their fields of study, and are specially trained to teach adult learners in an online platform. The university offers 8-week courses, with multiple start dates every semester and a simplified enrollment process. Job Description: Enrollment Counselors provide information and service to help potential students determine if CSU-Global is a university that meets their educational and personal needs Essential Job Duties: Assist potential students with the enrollment process, including transcript collection and documentation of all enrollment-based activities; this duty requires frequent and consistent follow-up with students via phone and email Maintain the expected pace of work for enrolling students based on established enrollment metrics (including daily talk time and outbound dials, retention, and database management); this duty requires exceeding minimum enrollment metrics and strong demonstration of personal accountability for success Enroll quality students who are well-prepared for their classes at CSU-Global Campus; this duty requires collaboration with Student Support Advisors to make sure students have submitted all official transcripts and required financial documents Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Enrollment department for compliance and service to the student Special Note: The successful candidate must pass a criminal background check. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in up to all of the following during the interview process: Pre-interview mock call, face-to-face interview, interview with senior leader of HR Requirements: Bachelor's degree or proof that it is in progress. At least one year of experience in admissions is preferred. Passion for helping others through education. Exercise judgment, discretion, and accountability, using heavy outbound phone calls, email communication, and consistent documentation of all student interaction in CRM system. Proven ability to adhere to policies and guidelines. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment to meet university goals. Proven ability to meet and exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals. Energetic and upbeat attitude. Self motivated with ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Exceptional organizational and follow up skills. Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills. Experience with Microsoft Office programs and contact management systems. Proven ability to learn and implement new knowledge successfully. Ability to effectively work independently and within a team to achieve results. Additional Information: CSU-Global is seeking full time Enrollment Counselors to help increase its outreach to potential students. Enrollment Counselors are responsible for advising students on admissions and degree completion requirements, as well as enrolling students into the university's graduate, undergraduate and certificate-of-completion programs. This position will report to the Enrollment Manager and requires full time Greenwood Village, CO office presence.
