Daily Duties at Radio Shack:
Full P&L and Executive Leadership responsibility for Radio Shack Mexico with sales of 150 million, a wholly owned subsidiary of Radio Shack USA, with 274 retail stores, and 1200 personnel throughout the country of Mexico. Responsible for leading 10 direct reports, including Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, and Real Estate. Set the vision and developed the strategy designed to meet or exceed the long term objectives and priorities of the organization
