Promoted to serve as the strategic leader of the Coty Beauty line of business in the expansive Latin America and Caribbean region directing a network of more than 40 exclusive distributors to ensure individual market alignment with big picture channel and category strategies. Held P&L accountability for the performance of such keystone global licenses and brands such as adidas, Guess, Nautica, Sally Hansen, Rimmel London, among many others.
