• Use demand-driven logistics to support sales and operations planning and plan LTL or FTL daily • Creates new route cycles for customers in Florida resulting in sales increase by 15-20% weekly • Directs CDL drivers under DOT regulations and coaches the drivers using DriveCam technology • Supervise warehouse activities and ensure the warehouse environment maintains compliance with HACPP • Keep records of employee incentive program to improve quality of work and customer satisfaction • Utilize ERP System: Microsoft Dynamics SL and implement Warehouse Management System for new facility
