Daily Duties at Total Construction Services:
• Manage multiple projects. • Prepare estimates / review estimates of estimating staff prior to proposals. • Assist sales personnel with presentations. • Prepare proposals and contracts. • Purchase materials and prepare purchase orders. • Negotiate and prepare sub-contracts. • Process and review submittals and shop drawings. • Prepare and maintain project schedule. • Chair bi weekly progress meetings, produce and distribute minutes. • Monitor project budget and cash flow. • Maintain change order log and negotiate and prepare change orders. • Prepare monthly AIA invoices. • Project closeout. • Review and approve all subcontractor and material invoices. • Recruit, interview and hire all superintendents and project managers. • Maintain office computer network, email system and website. • Monitor / enforce project safety for compliance with MOSH. • Work with architects, owners and engineers and manage preconstruction services process. (Design Build)
