Provided world class customer service to 30 hospital and 5000 end users. Efficient communication skills in both oral and written form for both internal and external clients. Sound knowledge of policies and procedures. Partnered successfully with all department and clients being the voice of the organization. Trained, coached and mentored staff in essential job functions. Quarterly Statistical reports for toxicology clients.
