Daily Duties at Tri Core Reference Laboratories:
Spearheaded the daily operations of 36 nursing home facilities. Updated and implemented policies, procedures and ensure current patient demographics was updated in the nursing home computer software program. Worked directly with nursing personnel regarding ICD-9 coding ensuring billing was done in a timely manner to meet all CMS guidelines. Answered questions regarding specimen handling and requirements. Quality management for departmental indicators as well as writing and implementing quality corrective action plans. Budget preparation and containment. Partnering with Human Capital Management on all human relations issues.
