Opening Statement: Manage activities of 10 PCB (printed circuit board) Applications Engineers (AEs) in spanning 8 offices (4 in CA, AZ, CO, OR, WA). Define yearly objectives, collect feedback, perform rating and ranking, and deliver performance reviews. Deliver layoff messages to RIF’d employees. Hire several employees Key Words: Manage customer relationships, define success criteria for AEs, conduct account meetings, develop and manage internal customer relationships, project plans and resources, guide key cross-functional stakeholders to act in accordance with program initiatives and processes
