Daily Duties at The Regional Medical Center :
Provided leadership to a 55 FTE clinical and business department through strategic planning, capital and operational budgeting, financial analysis, fundraising and special projects. Developed multiple business plans for both Home Health & Hospice including a facility expansion project Fiscal management of a combined budget of $4.2M for Home Health and Hospice in 2009 Knowledgeable of both Home Health and Hospice TJC and CMS regulatory standards Coordinated clinical rotations of nursing school students from three schools of nursingProvided leadership for several projects within the community including: Leadership Orangeburg, Orangeburg Health Fair, winter coat drive and a food bank with delivery of Thanksgiving food baskets to patient homes
