Daily Duties at The Regional Medical Center :
Provide operational leadership to a growing homecare department and outpatient palliative care program. Fiscal management of a $3.7M budget for home health & palliative care Provided assistance in obtaining palliative care credentialing through Medicare & Medicaid, for 5 inpatient Hospitalists and 1 outpatient physician Continued growth of an outpatient palliative care program Leadership and supervision of a home care billing department, 39 clinical staff members; including an outpatient palliative care physician
