Recruited by this packaging and shipping company to increase efficiency of operations, quality, and maintenance functions and turn around non-conforming production processes. Hit the ground running to assess root cause of non-conformity; instilled preventative mindset for maintenance staff to reverse long-standing history of low-grade, reactive performance; created a target-driven culture and trained operations, quality, and maintenance supervisors on goal achievement.
