Daily Duties at Criminal Investigation Command:

Selected by USACIDC, Major General, to be a criminal investigator for the FIU, a nominative position with worldwide responsibility. Subsequently, was chosen as the FIU Security Program Administrative Manager, a position normally held by a GS- 1811/0080-13. Independently developed and implemented operating policies and security procedures as applied to the Department of Defense( DoD) and Department of the Army( DoA) Sensitive Activity information, implemented and conducted oversight of multidisciplinary command security programs, pertaining to personal, information, industrial, physical and operational security. Streamlined classified case reviews and streamlined physical security inspections. Advised local management and the command's highest management on security programs and procedures. Established and fully integrated security policies with overall investigative efforts for over 100 classified investigations, coordinated security related matters with supported activities and DoD or DoA staff elements, resulting in zero spillage or mishandling of classified information incidents. Conducted Operational Security Reviews of all initial, intermediate and final reports and documents of all investigative case files, resulting in zero classification marking findings during DoA bi- annual inspection. Instructed 16 personnel in all aspects of information security, resulting in zero mishaps. Administered a security training program for an organization, which conducted worldwide operations. Developed and implemented a training program, ensured personnel received initial and refresher training, reducing newly assigned personnel incidents and received laudatory comments by the DoA. Established relationships with sensitive organizations and activities, which dramatically reduced response time to critical incidents occurring globally. Assigned duties as security manager, Government SAP Security Officer, Special Security Representative, Program Security Officer, Special Access Program- Nomination Process Officer, Top Secret Document Control Officer, SCI Control Officer, Secret Document Control Officer, Class Reproduction Officer, Derivative Classification Officer, Classified Container Custodian, Physical Security Officer, OPSEC Officer, CIC Coordinator, COOP Officer, Source Control Officer, Evidence Custodian, Crime Prevention Coordinator. Served as the liaison between FIU and the senior leaders of the classified MAJCOMs, SMUs and other sensitive activities. Primary case agent for more than 50 investigations, which involved the Department of Defense's( DoD) and Department of the Army's( DoA) most sensitive/ classified programs, provided criminal investigation case reviews and presentations to the service's highest level executives to ensure they were provided complete and accurate information.
