Responsible for culvert inspections, documentation, photographs, field sketches, preparation of structural and safety flags, and writing culvert reports in BIPPI software. Coordination of culvert folder pickup/return with all NYSDOT residencies in Regions 8 and 9. Created and developed database lists for culverts eligible for inspection. Scheduling of inspection teams in regions 8 and 9. Instructed inspection teams on proper inspection procedures and useful practices at the field site and prior to arriving at the field site to improve productivity. Emergency inspections after major flooding events after rain storms and hurricanes (2009-2014).
