Patient care coordination, regulatory compliance, nursing management, training, policy regulation and updates, facility product budgeting and product ordering. Bedside nursing skills such as admission, circulation, PACU, discharge, case management. Blood draws, IV skills, medication administration, bandaging, patient/family teaching. Supporting MDs perioperatively.
