Led projects to provide technical support to both distributor sales force and consumer base for example: implementation of technical data into the SKM software, increasing information availability and in turn increasing sales. Key Accomplishments: • Attained Green Belt Six Sigma Certification with a customer focused six sigma project to determine alternator technical data requirements. • Successfully completed the SKM – Power Tools for Windows Software training course.
