Owned P&L and Customer Satisfaction and was selected to lead a Network Services Strategic Outsourcing agreement. scope included entire data and voice-managed operations. Network consisted of large mainframe with CNT channel extension and 360 remote customer sites across the US and Canada. Total contract value of $181 million with a staff of 54 employees and contractors
