As Certified Project Executive – Global Technology Services ITS, I fulfilled a key role managing the network infrastructure and systems of enterprise clients that included 35 companies sustaining an annual revenue stream of $350MM. Exercised supervisory authority over teams of Project Executives, Account Service Representatives, Site Managers, and IBM business partners. Owned the P&L, and Customer Satisfaction for all 35 customer contracts.
