• Created and maintained the employee health department for 150+ employees (program implem and injury prevention) • Conducted infection control surveillance, outbreak, and prevention of endemic and epidemic nosocomial infections • Provided department leadership for ~10months during director medical leave • Experience with Joint Commission accreditation surveys and laboratory surveys • Experience with state and federal regulations in new facility management • Created and co-directed the Mock Emergency Evacuation from host facility to new facility • Conducted risk assessment and quality audits to ensure patient and staff safety • Conducted infection control, employee health education, and training for all levels of staff (bi-annual & monthly) • Created all surveillance reporting, statistical analysis, and performance improvement data for corporate review • Established and served as a physician liaison and educator
