Program Manager – ISR Personnel and Services Support IDIQ (9/2009 – 2/2013) Human Protection Assurance Officer/Subject Matter Expert Clinical Research Epidemiology Technical Asst –HJF (1/2011-1/2012) Quality Assurance Specialist – Regulatory and Compliance for Human Studies (8/2008-8/2009) • Conducted monitoring and auditing activities to ensure compliance of federal guidelines (GCP, GMP) • Developed training materials for researchers and support personnel addressing regulatory, quality, and performance improvement related to clinical processes, clinical research submissions, IRB regulation adherence, and federal, state and local regulations • Experience with federal regulations in clinical research (FDA, CDC, ICH, NIH) • Managed and provided leadership to MacB personnel located in San Antonio, TX and Dayton, OH (United States Army Institute for Surgical Research, Battlefield Health and Trauma Center, and Wright Patterson Air Force Base 711th Human Protection Wing (Public Health Sector)). • Responsible for technical proposal and budget/grant writing • Program forecasting, strategic planning/business development, and financials for corporate review/approval • Recruitment, retention, and employee management (20+ employees) • Subcontracted epidemiology technical asst (author/editor) for Military Eye Trauma and Vision Restoration Research Comprehensive Program Plan (7 volumes) – content creation/technical writing. Project completed successfully Dec 2011.
