Point of contact for Kaiser Permanente Account Management Office – up to 400 account members; supported 15+ senior executives Coordinated offshore (Philippines, India) resources; on and offshore resource issues with Human Resource managers; accurate cost center coding and client facing deliverables with CFM (Client Financial Management) staff Co-Facilitated and coordinated annual rating meeting for Analysts, Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers. Provided PMO Budget updates and Budget Forecasting to Client Account Lead/Senior Executive Managed client site office relocation on time and on budget Primary coordinator and point of contact for all account related events and meetings Identified and coordinated opportunities to enhance Accenture's image to the client through volunteer and social events, and holiday client recognition gifting Optimized events and SharePoint site as avenues to increase involvement and networking amongst team members Ensured seamless vendor relationships; identified and secured cost saving opportunities
