Developed a post-launch support plan with Accenture India and co-managed the integration process; Co-developed training documentation and internal communication plan PMO Quality Assurance (QA) Lead and Specialist: Determined QA requirements for standards and consistency; Coordinated QA review processes; Developed and managed PMO status reports; Primary point of contact for new issues and tasks; managed activities in SharePoint database Coordinated activities between CGS and Retail businesses with Accenture's Process Excellence team in India Collaborated with and provided business model support for regional Subject Matter Experts across the Americas, Europe, India, and Australia.
