Orchestrated successful collaboration between Project Management Office/ PMO and implementation project managers in managing project timelines and project budgets deploying over $75.3 million of technology infrastructure improvements Assessed needs, delivered creative solutions and identified loopholes routinely for a team of five implementation project managers assigned to 200+ network remediation projects Created and prioritized network design and resource requests for upcoming projects in Remedy 5.5 and 7.6; Completed training in both versions Monitored compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates Delivered timely and accurate project data and metrics for leadership, executive board presentations, risk assessment and final budget planning Ensured allocation of budget prior to project start Subject Matter Expert on Primavera P6: trained and supported project managers on web-based project management solution (Oracle application) used to comprehensively plan, schedule and control multi-faceted projects Managed all RPM “Resource Program Management” (Clarity application) project phase updates and resource allocations for team of five implementation project managers Empowered implementation project managers to meet deliverables utilizing a pro-active approach to assess weak points and provide support systems where needed.
