Daily Duties at Astadia Corp. Consultant / Client Is Kellogg Corp.:

• Perform first level problem determination and resolution techniques to address problems across multiple platforms • Monitor and respond to systems and applications across multiple platforms. • Report and document any processing anomalies utilizing HP Service Manager • Escalate problems to second level support in a timely manner. • Maintain documentation records • Ability to trouble shoot where a fault error exist within the client server arena to a single point of failure. • Support the execution of and troubleshoot production job scheduling issues. Utilizing Tivoli work load scheduler, to schedule job submission, check job dependencies, release dependencies, and cancel jobs. • Utilizing Transaction Codes in SAP R/3 environment to execute transactions and procedures • Utilizing TCP/IP protocols to trouble shoot network related issues. • Software Installations and system upgrades • Creating Trouble Tickets • Perform Server reboots on Linux/UNIX and Windows Operating Systems • Perform data backups utilizing EMC, Data Protector and Veritas software portals. • Utilizing Solarwinds network management software to monitor WAN/LAN activities. • Monitoring SAP production jobs and SAP queue management • Providing user level support for system access failures. • IBM AIX UNIX 0S/390 MAIN FRAME EXPERIENCE.IBM AS400 SUN SOLARIS UNIX EXPERIENCE
