- Sole Subject Matter Expert for United Health Group’s (UHG) web automation reconciliation tool that reconciles over $1 billion per month - Trained 40+ employees from the Finance Revenue team on the core components and functionalities of UHG’s web automation reconciliation tool - Process claims payment, billing and enrollment using Trizetto claims system (Facets) - Deployed new business for state health plans on UHG’s web automation reconciliation tool - Create and execute business requirements for project life cycle, including elicitation of customers, writing requirements, user acceptance testing and production verification for an average of 10 projects per year using both agile and waterfall methodology - Provided production support and handled O&M tickets for Finance and IT departments - Identify and assess key risks, drive ownership and implementation of risks, response and monitoring processes - Demonstrate industry knowledge and effectively communicate concepts in oral and written formats for finance and IT projects - Support testing and validation of identified solutions and business processes throughout the project life cycle - Facilitate applications development, IT business analysis and IT data warehousing analytics daily
