Daily Duties at Specialty Care, Inc.:

• Provides company with the appropriate management and information necessary ensuring compliance with regulations and standards set forth by federal, state, and local regulatory and accreditation agencies; • Establishes and enforces systems and controls to promote compliance with applicable regulatory and legal obligations of the Company; • Identifies and addresses compliance risks and violations in an effective and timely manner; • Promotes client and employee confidence in the Company’s clinical, ethical, quality and business practices. • Writes, reviews and revises policies and procedures to be in compliance with regulations and standards set forth by federal, state, and local regulatory and accreditation agencies;
