Daily Duties at Espn Zone La Live:
Part of the opening team of the 35,000 sq ft ESPN Zone with over 200 employees. Main duties have included planning, scheduling and sales of all events, the supervision, motivation, evaluation, scheduling & training of bartenders, hosts & servers; ensuring guest satisfaction; planning; assisting with marketing ideas & implementation of these ideas. Responsible for Payroll and Human Resources for ESPN Zone, Club Nokia, The Conga Room & LA Live Catering. Responsible for all bar inventories & ordering. Assist with monitoring labor and food costs
