Daily Duties at Denver Board Of Realtors:

Responsible for managing all accounting and reporting functions for the largest residential real estate association in the state of Colorado. Additionally, responsible for all accounting functions for two additional associations and one corporation that belongs to the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors. Revised all benefit plans resulting in overall cost savings to the company of 25% while increasing employee satisfaction. Created a new financial reporting package for the Board of Directors, which significantly simplified the decision making process and received critical acclaim from the entire board. Successfully converted all computerized accounting functions from Peachtree to MAS 90, which enabled the company to establish essential auditing controls and positioned the company for its upcoming audit.
