Prepare a recommendation based upon Cost, Delivery, Service and Quality to General Manager for final approval for quotation. • Developing a liaison with all the Buyers to obtain RFQ’s. • Scrutiny of Tender Documents. • Prequalification of New products and Manufacturers with Oil & Gas Companies • Sourcing new International competitive suppliers and manufacturers from Europe , Japan, USA and procure the appropriate products as per buyers requirement • Long term Price agreement, Call of orders • Prepared list of qualified bidders or suppliers for the requisitioned items, Prepare inquiry package incorporating all technical commercial requirements to selected bidders, suppliers or Manufacturers informing them about the bid deadline. • Check bids for correctness of technical and commercial data as per end user requirements Providing the clarifications and additional details to the end user when requested. Feedback to the end users that’s their requirements are completely fulfilled. • Handles HR inquiries from Oil & Gas, receiving and short listing of Resumes for HR suppliers. • Making competitive Prices & Preparation of Bids. • Preparing and submitting quotations for contracted candidates. • Estimation of Mobilization, demobilization, ticketing, rotation, visas for selected candidates.
