Daily Duties at Xyience Energy Drink:
Recruited to launch the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia Sales region. Championed market share growth by successfully increasing energy drink market sales to the warehouse distributors and retail stores. • Continually seek new customers while maintaining premium service levels with existing accounts • Drive sales team toward success by implementing motivational strategies for achieving sales targets • Identify critical issues relating to sales, and resolve, or escalate matters to upper management • Thoroughly review inventory lists on a daily basis in order to accurately track the flow of inventory • Travel to different cities to open new markets and establish relationships with new customers • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and distributor sales team to identify and open accounts • Establish and maintain close professional relationships with store owners, managers, and employees • Utilize shelf space, full SKU-sets, POS placements, and multiple points of distribution to maximize sales • Accompany distributor representatives to train them, and audit their performance on a regular basis • Coordinate demo activity, leaflet advertising, and localized sales support aligned to marketing efforts • Schedule and manage demo-event calendar of pre-planned events focused on core consumer impact
