Daily Duties at Blockbuster Entertainment:
. Responsibilities included maintaining daily operations of 15 – 17 locations, conducting training seminars on such topics as preventing sexual harassment, hiring quality employees, company orientations, and loss prevention. Hiring and training over 300 managers and staff, helped in the hiring and training of 13 district managers. Conducting monthly meetings with members of my team to set sales goals and address areas of opportunity within the team. Implementation of several company polices, and promotions to successful completion. Conducting yearly performance reviews on all members of my team. Inspect locations on monthly /weekly basis to ensure full compliance with all company policies as well as all state and government rules and regulations.
