Daily Duties at Dc Blimpie Group, Inc:
Responsibilities include supervising the operation of over 50 franchised locations, locating and evaluating potential new locations, negotiating leases, supervising the construction of all new and remolded locations, hiring and training of area managers, training new franchisees, disclosing potential franchisees, coordinating equipment orders and delivery, interviewing contractors and architects, developing marketing plans for individual locations as well as for the entire territory, handling all administrative duties included in processing new franchise sales and transfers, and implementing new company polices and directives to all franchisees. I have opened 31 new locations and only closed 4 in the past 3 years.
