• Plans, organizes and directs Customer Service department • Develops and establishes procedures and policies with continuous improvement as focal point • Oversees staff development and training needs • Manages departmental expenses • Ensures staff has necessary tools to perform daily tasks • Approves personnel activities concerning hiring, training and conducts performance appraisals. • Communicates regularly with Sales & other key departments to ensure optimal customer service • Manages the issuance of consumer refunds and the handling of Liability Claims • Assists CSR’s with resolution of order issues to ensure timely shipments
