Drive optimisation of people, process and technology in support of very aggressive growth plans and IPO of UK challenger bank. - initial engament support the IPO for board for significant groth planst that development, artechtiche and operations were in place to meet the governing body - that the bank deleivers the customer promise /govt. data is secure - appropiate risk - allow to support the bank and ligquitd of the bank - technology is in place - monitoring. Assumed role as Interim CIO for Savings Division with key objective of stabilizing Temenos T24 core banking platform, drive replacement of Advising CTO on network, hosting and digital strategies, defining potential cloud providers and overall technology direction including establishing enterprise architecture function Working closely with Risk & Compliance to ensure technology strategy is aligned and delivers auditable decisions to fulfil PRA/FCA guidelines and meets customer commitment.
