Daily Duties at E Trade Financial Services:
Performed complete underwriting of mortgage loans for a national financial corporation. Underwriting duties included calculation of borrower’s debt ratio, analysis of debts and income, appraisal analysis, compliance review, title review and other steps to assure a properly underwritten and well document loan was closed. Several automated quality control systems such as the system produced by The Tena Company were utilized for Quality Assurance functions while at E Trade.
