Daily Duties at Mortgage Dynamics:
Provided daily supervision and direction to a staff of underwriters, auditors, processors and administrative staff. Directly responsible for increasing clients from four clients in 2002 to over 20 clients in 2005. The growth of the department under my leadership required the increase in staff members from one in 2002 to twelve staff members in 2005. Performed business development duties and contract negotiation. Underwriting duties included the complete underwriting of mortgage loan files for a national quality control and auditing company. This included analysis of borrower’s income, debts, credit, appraisal analysis, fraud detection and the review of all other aspects of the mortgage loan to assure the loan was approved in accordance with guidelines of investor requirements and prudent lending. Personnel management duties included daily supervision, assigning tasks, conducting interviews, hiring staff, training, handling personnel issues and writing performance reviews.
