Played a vital role in directing billion-dollar asset management while reporting and interpreting policies for real property managers resolving difficult or complex issues through detailed analysis of Air Force directives and policies.  Reported, Analyzed and Interpreted policies for real property managers resolving difficult or complex issues  Represented Air Force headquarters at weekly Air staff meetings  Worked with outside contractors such as NexGen, Tetra Tech & Spiral 7 Data to establish guidelines for new programs  Developed policies for review to implement new and more efficient procedures for the Air Force  Oversaw and directed planning for real property managers according to the goals and interest of the Air Force both long and short term  Communicated necessary information to both senior staff and outside stakeholders to ensure accuracy  Prepared historical data for fact finding issues  Successfully trained real property managers in other states to meet and exceed goals
