Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage:
Manage Daily operations with a primary focus on driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and mitigating risk. Provide leadership and Direction in overseeing the performance of 20 plus employees across diverse functional areas within loss mitigation underwriting including office of the president, home preservation workshops, assumptions, Trust, 2nd liens, and appeals etc. Manage monthly expense budget, and maintain full accountability for the attainment of monthly goals. • Maintain the highest standards for fiscal management practices and business ethics while adhering to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • Provide operational support to facilitate the ongoing needs for recruitment, growth and underwriting quality. • Spearheaded initiative to cross train in multiple portfolios.
