Grew company from less than $1 million to over $80 million in annual revenue. Handled all aspects of early company structure and design. Created infrastructure for third party relationships and affiliations including training, support, internal mechanics and procedures. Obtained investment funding from a publicly held company. Identified similar entities in positive growth markets for mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures.
